Store regulations

Use of the site and/or purchase of products through it constitutes full agreement to all terms of these regulations.

  1. general

  • The regulations are worded in the masculine form for convenience only and treat all genders equally.

  • The regulations regulate the legal relationship between the user and the site management.

  • The site management may update these regulations at any time, without prior notice.

  • The terms of the regulations apply to any use of the site, on any device and any means of communication.

  • These regulations do not derogate from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

  1. The user of the site

  • Use of the site is permitted from the age of 18 and over.

  • A minor may use the site only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

  • The site administration may block a user who has acted in violation of the regulations, provided incorrect information, or harmed the site's operations.

  1. The products and information on the site

The site is used to sell swimwear and related products.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only, and may vary in color, size, or appearance.

  • A typographical error in a product description will not bind the site management.

  • The site management makes an effort to present accurate information, but is not responsible for errors in good faith.

  1. Order and purchase

  • Purchasing a product will be done by filling out an order form and entering complete and accurate details.

  • Filling in the details and confirming the order constitutes an offer to purchase.

  • Final confirmation of the order will only be given after receiving approval from the credit card company/payment method.

  • The site management may cancel an order in the event of a lack of stock, a price error or a technical problem, while refunding the payment.

  1. Prices and payment

  • Prices on the site include VAT.

  • Payment will be made via credit card and/or online payment service.

  • Credit information is not stored in the site's systems.

  1. Shipping Policy

  • Delivery times: Up to 14 business days (unless otherwise specified).

  • Delivery times do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays.

  • Shipping fees will be charged according to the shipping method selected and will appear at the time of payment.

  • The site management is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or a third party (courier company).

  1. Cancellations and Returns – Swimwear

  • In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and due to hygiene considerations:

  • A transaction can be canceled within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that:

  • The swimsuit is unworn, unwashed,

  • The hygiene sticker is intact and has not been removed,

  • The product is returned in its original packaging.

  • Swimwear that has been used or without a hygiene sticker cannot be returned.

  • Refunds will be made less legal cancellation fees (5% or 100 NIS – whichever is lower), except in the case of a defect.

  • Shipping fees are not refundable.

  1. responsibility

  • The responsibility for adjusting the size lies with the customer.

  • The site management is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages from the use of products.

  • The contents of the website should not be considered professional advice of any kind.

  1. Intellectual property

  • All content on the site – texts, images, designs, logos – are the property of the site management.

  • Do not copy, reproduce, publish or make commercial use of the content without written permission.

  1. Privacy and information security

  • User information is stored in the company's databases for the purpose of processing the order only.

  • The information will not be transferred to a third party except for the purpose of delivery, settlement, or if required by law.

  • The site uses advanced security measures.

  • Cookies may be used to improve the browsing experience.

  1. Law and jurisdiction

  • The applicable law is Israeli law only.

  • Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts in the Southern District.
